The ThetaHealing meditation technique was created by Vianna Stibal in 1995. It activates "Theta" and "Delta" brainwaves to foster physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Often used in conjunction with allopathic and/or traditional medicines, ThetaHealing meditation enables us to put to use our own natural intuition, and tap into our creative and self-healing potential. Whether one is looking to let go of destructive patterns of thought and behavior, create more positive ones, be supported through a chronic illness, tap into inner resources at times of individual and/or collective turmoil, decide what is the best course of action at a pivotal point in life, face intergenerational trauma, or how to find a way to be grounded and create moments of serenity in the everyday, ThetaHealing is a powerful and gentle resource.
Alaí is a Certified ThetaHealer®. She is available for in-person and video consultations. These are currently adapted to meet health care protocols during the pandemic.
