Dr. Alaí Reyes-Santos is an independent scholar who co-leads the team at Alai Community Consulting. She teaches as a Professor of Practice at University of Oregon's School of Law, is the Director of the PNW Just Futures Institute for Climate and Racial Justice, and the Community Engagement Lead of the Environment Initiative at University of Oregon; she serves also as Adjunct Faculty at Willamette Partnership. She is an Iya-priestess of Afro-Caribbean regla de osha and regla conga. Her professional training and ceremonial practice inform her work as a writer, educator, consultant, and facilitator.
